Everyone who reaches out to Fundsglory Walk-In Tubs should be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, we want to hear about it. This page shows how to raise a concern and what to expect afterward. It is a general template and not legal advice.
You are welcome to write to us about:
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, prices, products, warranties and customer service. If there is a problem with work in your home, it usually helps to raise it with the provider first and keep a written record.
Please tell us too. Your feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Know that Fundsglory Walk-In Tubs cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund a provider's work or act for a provider.

We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. We will look into it, which may mean contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to take another look. Your state attorney general, a state consumer protection office or the local Better Business Bureau may also be able to help. For licensed contractors, the state contractor licensing board may be able to help too.
