What the provider may ask

Expect a few simple questions. They help the provider see your project clearly.

• Which town are you in?
• Are you thinking of a walk-in tub, a walk-in shower or a tub-to-shower conversion?
• How big is your bathroom, and where is the current tub?
• Does anyone using it have trouble with stairs, balance or standing?
• Do you have a time frame in mind?

Photos or rough measurements can help. Do not worry if you do not have them yet.

Questions worth asking a provider

You are allowed to ask anything. Here are a few good ones:

• Can I get a written quote that lists all the work?
• Who handles permits, if any are needed?
• How long will the bathroom be out of use?
• What happens to the water, drains and walls behind the tub?
• What warranty comes with the product and with the labor?
• Can you help document the project if I need paperwork?
